The Parish Working Group representing both Parish Communities is currently undertaking a Discernment Process with the aim of making not just good decisions but inspired decisions for the Parish of Baulkham Hills as we move forward and develop a stronger, more vibrant parish, sensitive to the action of God in our lives and our communities. God’s desire is that we should be joyful and at peace, feeling that we are in the right place and moving in the right direction

Prior to its next meeting, members of the group are working with Our Lady of Lourdes Community through a SWOT Analysis. This process is asking OLOL members to identify Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities & Threats within OLOL Community with the hope that the response will assist the group in fulfilling its Vision, Hopes and Goals for the parish as we listen to the Holy Spirit and what he is asking of us. OLOL community members will find a copy of the SWOT form in the back of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Depending on its success, we hope to also do something similar for member of St Michael’s community in October.

The group’s next meeting is on Thursday, 18 August 2022 at 7.30pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Centre.
